"I like this hotel as it was built in 1910 and it is beautiful. The room is quiet and has a nice view out the window. It has a beautiful registration area and bar. It is within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. I bought some Italian gelato at a place nearby the hotel which was delicious. ★Lovely Mid-Century Modern Gem! ★BAY VIEWS★ HOT TUB★PARKING! ★PETS WELCOME!
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (49)
"This is a nice home situated in the hills of Berkeley. The layout is decent, with 2 bedrooms in the main area and 1 bedroom detached underneath. The kitchen is well equipped and made it easy to cook a large...

"First the good - location - Price - Clarity, owner communicated that this was an unpretentious place Now on to why this deserves only a 2 stars out of 5 a) The towels were not clean b) The sheets and whole place had a musty smell c) The shower mat needs to be replaced d) There are tears in the linoleum in the kitchen and bathroom e) The front steps were broken and rotted f) The backyard was overgrown These would have been tolerable, however, what made the trip a real headache was the owner -...
