"Excellent property right next to the Brandenburg Gate. Staff were very attentive and happy to help. Great place to stay in Berlin close to shops, Christmas market with good transport links. 10 minutes from main station. "

"I was disappointed that the air conditioning wasn’t working and spent my stay sweating instead of relaxing. It is not fair for the amount of money I paid to not have AC in a super hot room. House keeping didn’t even change the towels or gave shampoo or soap. They went in fixed the bed and left "

"Check in and check out where fast and convenient. Room was clean and comfortable. Train station is less than 2 minutes walking. This is my second time staying and I am very satisfied. The only feedback is they should update the tv’s to smart tv’s just in case you want to watch a movie. 🙂"
