"Front desk clerk was awful. She reminded me of Wednesday Addams on the Addams family. No personality and extremely unfriendly. Never even said hi to us the five days we stayed. The room was beautiful, Full kitchen and a washer and dryer. The bed was smaller than a queen, even though they said it was a queen. The bathroom was quite large, but it did not have a bathtub if you’re looking for a bathtub."

"Liked that it was within walking distance to Broadway and other sites. Rooftop restaurant/bar food and service was excellent. Negatives are requesting car thru text. Had a valet get frustrated for us not requesting first and having to show how to do it. We knew how it just didn't work every single time and not sure why not. Calling for car was so much easier. Also lighting in rooms is bad. I get its mood lighting/ambiance but some of us actually want to be able see. "

Our experience was great, very clean, staff was very nice, breakfast and the complimentary dinner (which was fantastic every night we were there)and drinks was a nice addition to staying there.
