"Staff was friendly but difficult to find most of the time. Breakfast was okay. One day the eggs were watery but warm and the next day they were dry and cold. Coffee was delicious. Amenities in the room were great. Some guests were disrespectful which is when staff was unavailable. View was awesome and the location was convenient to my needs. Best part was I could have my little dog with me."

"Room and hotel property were very clean. The front desk staff was friendly and checked in with us to make sure everything was good with the room. Motel and parking lot were well-lit after dark. Because of the urban location in the downtown area, there was a considerable amount of outside noise including multiple emergency sirens and Amtrak trains routinely passing by throughout the night. This is obviously out of the motel’s control."
