Booked it for our first big bear lake trip, and it was excellent experience. We got to our building with no problem, and even though there was problem with the indoor parking due to our neighbor’s truck being too huge and blocking the walkway, Dennis at the front desk was so nice and offer us a different parking right away. The rooms were so spacious, and have basically all the amenities for cooking, cleaning and doing laundry. The cooking wares might need a little update, however everything is fantastic !!! The stay was great, the atmosphere and environment were very comfortable, and we will be the loyal customer from now on whenever we travel to big bear !!

This is THE BEST EXPERIENCE in a hotel property I have ever had. We had 3 rooms/suites and they were able to group our party together. Clean, spacious, elegant. Garage parking, full kitchen. We will be back.

This property is immaculate both inside and out and the best value of all the places we've stayed in Big Bear. The entire staff is very friendly and we love the individual parking garages. We'll be going back often.

What really stood out to me was we had our own garage space. So, if you're thinking about coming here during the winter and worried about cold weather, you get a garage space to pull your car in and you can access your rooms from there. It's fantastic

This is definitely by far the most luxuries and classiest resort in the Big Bear area. Big Bear is full of wonderful comfortable cabin like escapes, which is fantastic but for the people who were looking for a little more high-end product this is the hotel to go to. We always love staying here. I’ve literally stayed in about 25 other locations in this little tiny town and to find something as nice. You would have to rent a high-end Airbnb. Thank you again for how wonderful you are and one of the best parts of this whole journey was getting to meet D E N N I S and R O B. they are the maintenance folks at this wonderful resort and they keep this place absolutely up-to-date and functioning perfectly and just the kindest souls ever
