"The friendliness and support of the staff has made this miniature hotel really a “home away from home.” At any time I feel more like I was staying with a relative than staying in hotel. "We had such an amazing time staying here ! The receptionist, Sien, was so helpful and sweet. I believe the reception desk is staffed 24 hours, she was there when we got in late and at breakfast as well. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. She also helped us with bike rental and laundry. The room was very comfortable and clean. We only wish we were staying here longer "

"Our family suite was very spacious. It's essentially two connecting rooms. Upon arriving we found several roaches. Staff helped us apply bug spray everywhere, which helped but didn't completely resolve the issue. Bathroom always has a wet floor due to gaps from shower door or jacuzzi. "Great location right in the centre of Phu Ly and with a lovely view of the river which was really pretty at sunset. The room was very clean and modern, with a great shower. The buffet breakfast had lots of choice, with eggs and pho cooked to order. The pool was great. Everyone at the hotel was really kind and friendly, especially Linh and Anh on reception. I would definitely stay here again!"
