Hotel rooms were comfortable, roomy and have plenty of extras. Tea/coffee facilities plentiful, toiletries supplied very high quality. The bed was fabulous, very comfortable and cozy. Restaurant was a great experience, food very tasty and good portions. Staff all excellent. Friendly, polite and knowledgeable.

The room was contemporary and generally clean. A little dust around the wardrobe doors and lampshade over the bed. The traffic noise was quite loud as the sash window is only half double glazed. Overall, a very pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will stay again when we’re back up in the area.

Wow, what a transformation by Andrew and his team. I enjoyed my stays here previously but some of the rooms were a little tired. Room 4 has been refurbished and is amazing. Excellent, friendly reception quickly processed me and directed me to my room on the 1st floor. I’ve got tea and coffee, huge bed, big tv and a clean spacious bathroom with shower.
