"I was not expecting a lot when I booked but I was pleasantly surprised both by the service I received from the very friendly, helpful staff and how comfortable the bed was although the room was small there was plenty of storage. Everywhere was well maintained and spotlessly clean."

"Of the 5 locations that we stayed at during our travels in Scotland, this was, by far, the best place! Our room was large, but cozy with an Amazing view, and a super comfortable bed. The decor was beautiful and perfect for the large farmhouse style. The breakfast was Excellent, and catered easily to our dietary needs. "I spent one night at the Waverley Inn in Dingwall, while heading back from a work trip. PROS: friendly staff, clean and spacious room and bathroom, wifi works well, free parking available, excellent value for money, and there's the chance to use a microwave oven in the dinning-hall. Special mention for the microwave oven, I wish more hotels and guest houses offered that option! Cons: on the day I was there, the tv (and tv remote) didn't work; but wifi worked well. "Hotel staff was very helpful and very accommodating, we arrived very late and we picked up a meal from outside, the staff arranged a seating in the breakfast bar for us right away, very helpful this was. The room was very clean and also the beds spotless. At the time of visit, NewYear an eve we got the hotel for £62 for a family room, every where else was several hundreds. With this in mind you get what you pay for but we got a family run business that I would recommend no problem. Thank you...

"Wasn't expecting ensuite to be across the hall from our room, although the Guesthouse reminded me of my childhood family weekends away. A quiet peaceful place and hardly heard others coming and going. We ate at a local bar/ restaurant - expensive meal (exchange rates AUD the main reason) but delicious."
