"I was very satisfied, I had booked a single room but was upgraded to a family room with a double and two single beds with a sea view, tea making facilities and TV. A very nice clean bathroom. The only thing missing was a fridge. But for £34 per night, it was brilliant. The gym and swimming pool was very good for just £2 per session. I did not have breakfast in the hotel so cannot say if it was good but I thought £12.50 might be a bit overpriced, however I did think that the £15.50 3 course evening dinner was very well priced and of decent quality. Different people made negative comments to me about the hotel before my stay so I was very nervous, but I am happy to say they were very wrong. I will never hesitate to return there. It might become a regular place. The only thing that might cause concerns is the long walks to get to some rooms, if you have limited ability you might need to mention it when booking. The staff I met were all very friendly and efficient. I'll be back. Thanks."

"The hotel was very clean and well-appointed. My room had a kettle, a selection of tea and coffee, and an en-suite shower and toilet with plenty of hot water. There was also a warm welcome from the hosts, who live on the premises and are available all the time, should there be any issues. I took the breakfast option and was pleasantly surprised at the wide variety of hot and cold options. It was a buffet style, you helped yourself and there were no retrictions on what you could eat. The hotel is well situated, a short walk to the beach and other blackpool attractions. Like most of Blackpool, parking is a problem, the hotel has one spare parking space on the front, however, just up the slight incline away from the beach end, there is a car park. This was an exceptional stay for the price i paid and I would definitely stay there again. "

"Lovely, modern, clean property. Beautiful location off the promenade but not directly in the bustling part of the streets. Hotel Parking expensive at £17/ night for guests though. "

"Lovely hotel very friendly and helpful staff made us feel very welcome. Hotel was very nice looked very clean and tidy. Breakfast was very nice and so much choice the new boy started hes 1st shift and served us breakfast he did amazing bless him. Hotel had entertainment for kids which was brill and entertainment for adults. Bed could be a bit comfier but other than that would definitely recommend and stay again tram stop right outside hotel too "
