The reception were very helpful, The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in, and great to have a pool to relax in after a busy day exploring the city. " Beautiful hotel, lovely staff everywhere. The view overlooking the opera house is fantastic. The only thing that needs looking at is the breakfast it's ok but for 5* it should be better coffee area is defo not 5* and the food is a little tasteless . I stayed at Jen by shangri la in singapore and that is far superior at the breakfast buffet . "
