"The location was central for different things we wanted to do, and we loved the quiet area. The property was wonderful - clean, adequate space, and things were in working condition. Used the hot tub a couple of times, which was nice after a lot of walking during the day. Getting in and out of the gated community was easy, and we saw lots of wildlife in the area in the mornings and evenings. "Very disappointed in the upkeep of the home. There is no pride of ownership. Worn and pealing deck. Caps missing from deck posts. Chunk of siding has a hole in it. Worn and pealing interior wood floors. Mismatched furniture and wood tops on several nightstands and tables are pealing. Family room overhead light did not work. Mismatched bulbs in overhead kitchen. Bedroom Curtains held back with rubberbands which had to be removed to close for privacy. This place feels unloved and it shows.For the...
