"Stayed here due to going to a concert. Had a lovely stay, breakfast was amazing. Everyone was so polite and friendly. Exceptionally clean. Had to wait a little while for our room to be ready but I didn’t mind that so much. Walk to Euston station wasn’t that bad - due to Russell Square being closed temporarily. Only thing I would have to complain about is no air conditioning or fans available but this is a personal thing due to me love sleeping in the cold. "

"We arrived early and luggage storage was fast and easy. Staff were friendly and there were showers, toilets, and a lounge for us to use before our room was ready. All areas were clean and the staff were all very helpful and attentive. Great value and fantastic location. "

"For the price, this central location was great. A couple of tube stops within 5 minutes walking distance. It was a HOT weekend, so the air con in the room was much appreciated and so was the mini fridge. "

"The lobby is pleasant and inviting. The rooms are decent sized for this part of London. We arrived very early in the morning and no rooms were available for early check-in, but the staff offered complementary breakfast, an ample and well-chosen buffet. We experienced some serious construction noise above us toward the end of our stay. It would have been nice to be forewarned, but it was a relatively minor inconvenience."

"Really lovely large room. Rates were fairly high for this time of year, but felt like good value. Staff always friendly and helpful - same goes for the main restaurant. Would be amazing if there was at least a sauna / steam room. Only down side is there is almost always a wait at reception, frequently busy in a fairly tight space. Credit card was charged weeks after departure for incidentals, no invoice sent. "
