"This property is restored well and really cute. It is also maintained well and very clean. It is close to all the places you want to be in Fredericksburg. But you need to be a bathtub person."

"Petunia House was exactly as described and perfect for a couple’s getaway. When we arrived we found a small issue with the hottub. I messaged the host through the app and they came and fixed the issue within less than 15 minutes. Just a block removed from all the main road attractions, we walked everywhere. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Would consider rentint out the whole Briar Patch for something like a family reunion!"

Large beautiful home in a quiet area of town right down the road from Sea World with a quick commute to downtown San Antonio, the Alamo, airport, military bases and Fiesta Texas. Right off 1604. We enjoyed this home for Christmas and New Years Eve and highly recommend it to others - I'm sure we will rent it again for San Antonio trips! Aimee was responsive to any questions we had - great host!"
