Nice hotel but....
"On the positive, this hotel seems quite new and is very clean. Customer service was not as good. Additionally, while they had hot tubs, you have to pay to use a robe and towel for the hot tubs. If I had to do again, I might have just drove and stayed in Borgarnes. We picked this hotel because it ..."
