I have tried to call the hotel in advance to warn them that we will be late, but somebody opened the line without responding and left the line opened for the next 90 min. Although we had All Inclusive reservation, we were left hungry, without dinner. The staff refused to acknowledge that we have All Inclusive and in the morning the manageress did not acknowledge our Expedia receipt which clearly states All Inclusive. The Expedia...
"We booked the oasis because friends were there but when we arrived we were told we are now stopping at Arabella beach hotel. I'm not happy because that was not what was booked. It's supposed to be 4 stars but i can't see why, it was basic at best. The double bed was two single beds together and separate bedding. They also did not know about an extra day I'd booked and then tried to charge again. The only thing that was good was the food and dinner hall staff, all excellent."
