The best thing of this hotel is certainly the staff. Communal areas are great. Rooms a bit plane and dated but ok. Excellent breakfast and wonderful location. Didn’t use the spa or gym, so can’t comment. Very convenient close parking at excellent price for hotel guest.

Good location for property. This was a last minute getaway over a hot weekend. Issue became when AC failed in the room, our rooms were not available or ready until 1700, which was disappointing. Parking available but slow entry. Breakfast was amazing and great variety. Overall an average stay due to rooms not being ready and AC not working.

This was a great base for our quick trip to Brighton, placed conveniently on the seafront and backing on to the famous lanes for shopping and restaurants, the room was well appointed and clean.
