"This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! Difficult to find fault with anything - maybe the lifts could have been a bit quicker and how to use the lift to the basement breakfast room made clearer. The windows could maybe have been cleaner but everything else was just spot on, especialy the staff who were all super friendly and efficient."

"The room was comfortable, the breakfast buffet was well stocked and the bar staff were very attentive. It is never great to have to park off-site; however, the parking was close and the discounted price was helpful. "
