"Room was clean and organized, as was the bathroom. Found an earwig crawling through the bed but was the only bug we saw after a thorough search. Noise from the DART was present but minimal. There was an alarm-style beeping in the hallway that woke us up 2 nights out of our 7 night stay. Staff was welcoming, accommodating, and friendly."

Lisa was amazing with helping me sort issues with booking through Expedia (i will definitely book direct with them next time, but thank you Lisa, only for you i would have been lost. Simon the manager, what can i say, the customer service, helpfulness, kindness was second to none. Really really appreciate how you looked after us. Thank you so much. Fantastic service all round, highly recommend and will be returning....
