Sonesta Hotel hotels in Bronx, New York

"We stayed at Sonesta last night because of the snow storm. My wife was working in Scarsdale and the ride home would have been too treacherous. The hotel was beautiful, the room was very nice and clean. Check in was terrific thanks to Patty at the Front Desk who was very helpful. We only had one complaint: the shower. "Overall a great stay! Front desk agent( I think her name was Jordan) was great!! Give her a raise! Only thing that was eh was a rude women employee, presumably manager on the roof top bar around 11pm 1/18. We were told by the desk that the bar would be open later as it was busy. We were already on top floor so we walked upstairs via stairs, opened the door and an alarm went off. It completely scared us! She yelled at us in front of everyone “What do you think you’re doing!”.
