"It smells weird in the hallway. I guess it's the carpet. In additional, the hot water is just warm, not hot for shower on the first night. CSR contacted the service guy to fix the problem."

"Although the staff was friendly, we had issues with our room lock. We were not given an opportunity to switch rooms as the lock’s batteries needed to be changed. The next morning before checkout, house keeping knocked on our door and when I told them we would be leaving in 10-15 minutes, he kept coming back every couple of minutes and knocking on our door. I would have gotten out sooner if he didn’t keep interrupting us!"
