"The location of Ciao Papa hotel was excellent--only 10 mins away on foot from the Central station and there were lots of famous and fantastic restaurants and store near there. The hotel's staffs were helpful and friendly, too. However, the stairs of the hotel was sooooooooooooooo steep! I felt like I had to do "the rock climbing". I bet many people might have injured from the horrible stairs, especially with their luggages. Still, I'd love to re-book the hotel since it was the only bad thing. "

"Stayed with my 12 year old daughter for a few nights. Hotel was in a brilliant location as you could walk to everything. Transport options we also just a few minutes walk away. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful and always happy to help you find your way around to attractions. Rooms were lovely, clean, comfortable, warm, well decorated and had everything you need.
