"Property fine but didn't receive 'joining' info in time. I assumed 'check in' was at the site not online - needs to be explained better as part of booking process. Gained access eventually, with help from staff on site, who were excellent."

"Apologies to the knights rest, but we didn't actually stay there. I booked it on the day for 2 nights through hotels.com. However ten minutes before arriving at our destination the hotel rang me to say that they were closed and on holiday themselves. They apoligised and said hotels.com should have checked their diary and not booked any rooms out. They would be putting in a complaint via Expedia. Have since tried to contact hotels.com to be constantly told by a virtual agent to hang tight,...

"The location is wonderful right opposite a beautiful beach and the caravan is very clean. It is a bit aged and needs some attention but we had a quick response to any issues. The site is also fantastic with a great beach cafe and everything is dog friendly. We really hope to come back. "
