Everyone starting from the front door, lobby, lounge, house keeping, room service, etc. ABSOLUTELY know the meaning of guest service and experience. The icing on the cake was when the concierge will escort you all the way to your room and show and explain how everything works. She was very patient and thorough with me while showing me the room. "Really nice hotel in a great part of Busan. The service team was exceptional. Hotel itself was very well maintained and there were so many things to see and do around. The sauna was awesome- has both steam and dry, and a cold bath. The club floor lounge had a great selection of drinks and food. It was a great stay. "
