Had one torrential rainstorm for almost 12 hours and the roof then leaked. No damage done but it could have had we had our suitcase in the water drop area cause it stained the white towels from the varnish on the wood beams. Hopefully they have fixed the problem. "

"Truly perfect location within the city walls. Short walk with luggage, so that was no an issue. The property itself has only stairs, no elevator, but that was once again, not an issue. Recommendation - because the location is phenomenal, make sure to walk the walls as soon as they open. Wonderful property. "

Jelena was easy to communicate with by WhatsApp, had great restaurant recommendations for us (truly seconds from the front door), and the Konzum in the nearest square was easy to find - it was nice to have a quiet breakfast in the apartment before heading out for the day. Bathrooms were modern and giant. Wifi worked well. A great fit for us with two toddlers. Would definitely recommend and stay again! Thanks Jelena! "

"We absolutely loved this accomodation - close to the beach and the old town, the hosts were perfectly attentive and accomodating and the views from the balcony were spectacular. "In the old town up steep stairs, however our host greeted us and carried two heavy suitcases to the apartment. It was spacious. Shower leaked but extra towels provided. Clean and comfortable."

"Fabulous hotel with exceptional staff and facilities. We were upgraded to a Deluxe room overlooking the sea, the view was incredibly beautiful at sunrise. The pianist playing at breakfast and during the evening was very relaxing. The spa, indoor pool and other facilities were excellent. Even though it was November we were able to swim in the sea and the outdoor pool. The hotel is in a great location for the old town and also for the port and some other beaches up the coast. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxury stay in Dubrovnik."

"I wouldnt recommend walking to the hotel with huge bags. Get taxi or bus. It is on a hill, serviced by local buses. But the hotel itself is great, staff fantastic and just close enough (20-30) min walk between Old Town and where all the other hotels are in Lapad (30 mins other directon). Released pleased we books this hotel rather than one further out in Lapad ."
