"The thing about this hotel is that check in and check out is done by email, and picking up a code to get your own key. There is no reception and so no service as such. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, just took some getting used to. I would have appreciated slightly larger cups in the room and a coffee sachet as well as tea."

On the negative first room was tiny with a stopped up sink in bathroom and unusable shower because it was too hot. second room had a horrible bed with springs felt, no soap provided in room. "You get what you pay but very run down property and amenities were not up to scratch. Really noisy building so if you are wanting a good night sleep then good luck. The toilet and kitchen were filthy, to the point where I went out and bought cleaning stuff with my own money to clean the bathroom.
