Huge room, spotless, comfy, huge bed, clean everywhere, quiet, free parking outside, 5 minute stroll to the venue, warm and cozy and we where greeted by a lovely man who was so helpful. "We had a fab night at the Castle Hotel, our 1st overnight stay away (together) from our daughter since she was born and we couldn't have picked a better hotel. We have had date nights but always gone back home but decided to treat ourselves to a hotel rather than an expensive taxi for a change. The hotel was clean, warm and the staff were friendly and helpful. Weve had food (& drinks) there before but never stayed, but we would stay there again and recommend it."

The room carpet and furniture were dated and could do with upgrading, however maybe upgrades are on there way as a brand new lift had just been installed. At this time of year overnight parking outside the hotel was easy and free. Overall would highly recommend."
