This is the best hotel you will ever stay at! The staff is truly what makes this place amazing! I really enjoyed getting away and staying at the Waldorf Astoria Heliopolis in Cairo. I want to personally than Noon who works in the Rosetta Club for taking care of me everyday while I was getting a lot of work done. She is truly amazing at her job! The Waldorf Astoria is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at... It is stunning and for travellers who want luxury, convenience and an unforgettable stay, this is the place. The hotel oozes quality. The staff are fantastic, the rooms (we were upgraded to a suite) are beautiful, spacious and clean. The facilities, including restaurant and pool are also excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I would not stay anywhere else in Cairo - by far the best hotel for miles around. Everything was as expected and top notch, the reason for dropping 2 stars is the check out experience, the receptionist charged us 100 pound for a regular water bottle that was stored in the mini bar fridge, it was not listed on the menu that they charge for the same water we get in the room if it is stored in the fridge, he also claimed he does not have 7 pounds to give us the change back. I asked him regarding purchasing one of the feather pillows and he could not give a straight forward answer! Overall it just felt like classic cairo streets hassle experience. The rest of the stay and engagement with everyone else was excellent 👌 check in and housekeeping was outstanding The pool also was OOO, i understood it is winter, but we should at least be notified ahead of time the the pool won't be closed
