"Aside from one rude attendant. The rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. Exterior entry’s and lobby very clean. The exterior of the building may require a facelift. It’s showing its age. Location was good. The beach restaurant doesn’t look like the photographs and charge for day beds even if you are staying at the hotel. "

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The train station is 2 minutes walk and the centre of the town and La Croisette are just over five minutes. "Right in the heart of Cannes! Close to the market with lots of shopping. Waterfront was within walking distance. We stayed two nights and enjoyed the room.
