"Amazing location and a stellar all around experience from start to finish. Classic intimate resort in a beautiful setting with excellent, personal service. Restaurant was excellent and you cannot beat the views. Quiet location but an easy 15 minute walk to shops, restaurants, and bars. And a doctor who makes house calls. "

"Hotel had very different “vibe” as had an African theme with lots of taxidermy in main lobby and colonial theme throughout. We had garden room which opened onto grassed area by pool which was lovely. Bar service was very slow - think more staff needed. Breakfast buffet was very good. Overall would recommend hotel as clean and nicely maintained. Easy access to port and surrounding areas. Enjoyable stay "

My only two complaints with this property are that the rooms, or at least the ocean view room we stayed in, is quite outdated. "This resort was amazing and high class. It does have an older crowd for the most part or at least the time that we went was end of September. We had the breakfast/dinner buffet included in our room, although we did not make it for breakfast. The dinner was great! The staff was really friendly and helpful. I needed some paperwork printed off, and they did that for me immediately and helped me with find a post office. The gym is small but has an amazing view. I would definitely stay here again...

"This is our 4th visit, we come every year with our son (11). The location is just perfect bus journey to Palma in 20 mins, walk to Illetas beach along the rocks 10 mins. "When we first arrived, it looked dated but we could use the amenities in the sister hotel opposite in the hotel bonanza plays resort and spa which was more new but that didn’t phase us because the setting and grounds and pool were pretty. It was super clean and comfortable. The bus stop was right outside so easy to get to the airport and back with one change. Everything was fab and we would stay again."

"We accidentally arrived before checkin opened as we were on the way to a wedding but they were so incredibly accommodating. Made us feel so welcome, offered us a drink and some snacks all free of charge. The guy behind the desk even gave us a lift to the wedding and didn’t expect anything in return. The hotel was lovely and the room was clean and aesthetic. It was some of the best service I’ve ever had! "
