"Staff were great, breakfast was awesome, location was perfect, our sleep was quiet, beds comfy, and shower a lovely experience. Only thing is the parking garage has a very tight turn and scratches on your vehicle are highly likely if you're not EXTREMELY careful."

"We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Costabella and were genuinely impressed. Although it’s a three-star hotel, it exceeded our expectations and felt much closer to a four-star experience. The hotel is clearly investing in continuous renovations and upgrades, and it really shows — the rooms are modern, clean, and well-equipped, and the landscaping around the pool area is beautifully maintained, making it a great spot to relax. The location is slightly outside the centre of Girona, but we actually enjoyed that — we’re quite active and loved running into town and exploring the nearby trails. It’s also an excellent base if you’re into cycling. The hotel offers secure bike storage with private lockers, which was perfect for our coworking setup while we were there. The gym was the only part that felt a little dated and could definitely benefit from an upgrade to match the quality of the rest of the hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel at home. The whole atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming — a perfect blend of comfort and practicality. We’d definitely recommend Hotel Costabella and would happily stay again!"

" Excellent hotel (English spoken). We opted for a deluxe double room with lake and golf course view. It had a lovely sunny balcony with chairs and table. The room itself was large and airy with desk, chairs, large settee and tea and coffee making facilities, large spacious bathroom with bath robes and shoes. The breakfast, too was excellent with a huge choice of hot and cold food and freshly squeezed orange juice. (Even as non-golfers) I would highly recommend this hotel. Tip: You pay (only) a little more for the very best rooms."
