"Nice little gem close to Perkins Cove and Marginal Way. Both are within walking distance. The walk does require walking across loose gravel and small hills which might make it difficult for some. The apartment is located in a condominium complex and is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. I had a great time! Highly recommend. "
