"All good"

"We stayed a second time at this resort (10 nights first time and now 11 nights). Very easy to get from the airport without a car (free airport shuttle to Old Town and Coaster train to Carlsbad). In Carlsbad it was around a 5 min walk from the station to the hotel. If you have no car you can walk about 15 minutes to the grocery store if you would like to cook. There’s plenty of dining options around!!! Everything is very near the hotel. The hotel’s territory is beautiful and clean, very green...

"West Inn is always a priority for us when in Carlsbad. We like everything about it but the matress in the room assigned to us needs to be replaced. It has seen better days, it’s like a sinking boat. I thought they have changed the matresses since we saw a lot of new matresses last year in the covered Parking lot… maybe it’s still a work in progress. "
