"The Hotel Osai is a beautiful hotel that is meticulously clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. My issue with the hotel is there was no staff onsite during the day. "My sister and I stayed at the Hotel Gagliardi for two nights and were upgraded upon arrival which was a fun surprise! One of the perks of traveling in December! Hotel is older but very clean and charming, with multiple places to hang out (patio, sun room, roof top). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
