"Beautiful property. Friendly helpful staff. Walkable area. Neighborhood dog barks way too much for our liking, but understand hotel can do little about this. Breakfast is excellent. Coffee available 24/7. Evening cake and fruit available as well. Well groomed property. Pool looks inviting and clean, but weather too cold for us to swim. Safe neighborhood, even after dark. "There were some issues, but the staff worked diligently to remedy them. So, while there were aspects of the stay that were below expectations, the diligence of the hotel in addressing them goes a long way. For that, the hotel wins my kudos and turned something negative into a positive! "
