"I found the service to be inconsistant. For e.g., one person at registration was brash and unhelpful while another person later was very helpful. I requested a tea kettle three times but it never came. One day when I returned to my room at 2:30 it was not made-up so needed to request service, while other days it was made up promptly. Also, on different days I was left a different array of towels. But all in all, I had a very nice stay there. "

"There was an initial problem with hotel staff not finding our reservation; but this was resolved via chat contact with Expedia in 15 minutes. Extra large ("super king"?) comfortable bed. Shower controls were a little tricky, switching from bath to hand shower to rain shower mode; but solved after the first use. Balcony with good water view. Desk people very friendly; housekeeping timely and thorough. Outdoor pool not open, but this was expected as it was pre-season."
