"Staff at reception were great and super-helpful. They gave us an upgrade upon arrival and lots of help with restaurant bookings etc. The valets were also fantastic. The only area that needs improving is the pool staff; they bring drinks, but are not helpful with pool towels, water and so forth. There were dirty towels and used glasses left everywhere. Outstanding staff, good English spoken, helpful, friendly, welcoming, ready to assist on any issue. Nearby National Park worth a tour. Highly recommended for adults, not much to do for children. "
