"We had a nice week at this hotel a lovely relaxing pool nice spa and massage too! Breakfast is fine but the restaurant evening meal options are poor also the service was extremely slow we waited 45mins for dinner to come after ordering so did others!! Very small portions and little vegan or veggie options for my wife! The restaurant on the beach is good for lunch! "

On arrival, don’t follow map directions from app: they took us to train station (Casale Etrusco, to use name of establishment, is located at beginning of Via della Badia, just north of Donoratico, at km 266.15 on Vecchia Aurelia). No response on mobile number provided. Apartment clean but could be freshened up. Good wardrobe space in main bedroom. "It was peaceful and quiet place to rest. Having private carpark was good. The host gave us a bottle of Rosé wine which we were pleasantly surprised. The Aircon unit in the place had only heating function, the cooling function was not available. Tried to let in fresh cool air by opening the windows but there was no insect screens so the insects flew in as well. In the end, we slept in the room that was warm and stuffy. It would have great if fans were provided."

"Excellent resort place in Italy. It’s small hotel, old building, very well maintained. Located in small town has everything you need for relax and quiet environment around. A lot of potential activities around: great swimming pool outside, private beach at the sea with restaurants and bar. Great spa with caves style seawater pools with different temperatures, jets massage options and special massages and skin treatments. Excellent service all around. Huge park area nearby for morning walks or biking. Great breakfast, good restaurants around. Very friendly staff, English speaking. I would be happy to recommend this place to all my friends and family."
