"We choose to visit Gran Canaria every year late January and stayed at this hotel for the first time for a change. The hotel is in excellent condition and offers all the luxuries you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The buffet breakfast and dinner offered lots of choice and overall was very satisfactory. We requested a sea view room on the right side of the hotel to enjoy the afternoon and evening sun which we received. The pool areas were very nice with plenty of sun beds and shade if required....

"My mum and I had a fantastic time on our winter break at Gruptoel Orquieda. The staff we encountered were wonderful and we were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a sea view room. There were plenty of amenities for adults available. Lots of choices at the buffet. Only improvement, could be the showerheard quality as you were unable to change its setting and it has a "fire hose spray" feel to it.
