"The hotel was in a brilliant location and very reasonably priced. Uniquely decorated and full of history, but also practical. The stand out feature however was how helpful, friendly and professional the staff were, from the receptionists, the manager in charge of the restaurant, and the cleaning staff. "Weekend staff were amazing. On Monday the chef was extremely rude and condescending when was told that the coffee machine had run out of coffee and when was requested for a fried egg. She literally snapped at my son when he asked for a fried egg. Not impressed at all! Otherwise this hotel deserves a 5 star rating all over "
