"Very disappointed and wouldnt recommend visiting this hotel. Staff seem very disinterested in helping with anything. Kept having power cuts in our room, which staff didnt seem to care about and just told us to keep tripping the electrical switch in the hallway... We had what looked like fresh soil stains in our duvet after the room was turned over whilst we were out (with pictures). Very pleasant surprise when coming back from a day trip! The elevator next to our room seemed to be running...

"The actual site was great. Staff were friemdly enough. Lots of hidden costs added whilst tour the air con example is €7 a day. Mobile homes are tired need renovation. No cleaner cam for 10 days then camp site tried billing us to clean it at the end. We refused has we have been cleaning it daily. Restaurants are really expensive."

"Excellent hotel. Staff were so helpful with helping us get around Venice. The bathroom is a bit small and could be an issue if you are a large person. The shower is a fold up door and very small. Otherwise the hotel is fantastic with great restaurants everywhere & close to supermarket. Will definitely be back. "

"We had an excellent stay there. The owners were friendly, positive people, and the site is simple, unpretentious, and close to the ferries to all the Venice islands, yet removed from their bustle, and tucked into surrounding farm lands on Lido. It is close to the swimmable beaches for summer goers, and the prices for their home cooked 3 course menu's, with wine and prosecco were excellent, and the quality was sublime. The owner, always present speaks fluent English and German. It was a fantastic...
