"We had an excellent stay there. The owners were friendly, positive people, and the site is simple, unpretentious, and close to the ferries to all the Venice islands, yet removed from their bustle, and tucked into surrounding farm lands on Lido. "Very disappointed and wouldnt recommend visiting this hotel. Staff seem very disinterested in helping with anything. Kept having power cuts in our room, which staff didnt seem to care about and just told us to keep tripping the electrical switch in the hallway... We had what looked like fresh soil stains in our duvet after the room was turned over whilst we were out (with pictures). Very pleasant surprise when coming back from a day trip! The elevator next to our room seemed to be running...
