"Beautiful location on Augusta. Close to amazing food, cultural sites, Paulista Ave is close, clubs, bakeries etc. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable if you have questions about your stay or the area. I will be back. "

"In the last 10 years I have visited Brazil every other year, I am staying at Transamerica executive. Nothing here luxury, but simplicity and a warm welcome from the staff trying to help and polite smiling. The accommodation are enough spacious and clean. "

"I love love the location. It's not a quiet one. Right on Paulista Ave with 3 malls in walking distance. Many restaurants. Easiness to get transportation. Communication were all in Portuguese how when I arrived some of attendants speaks English. I will return again. There is a good deal of security there."

"So I gave a 5 star on my first stay this time is a 4 because the front desk staff did not give us the room we originally reserved stating that because I was with my friend we could sleep together, when we payed for a two twin bedroom, and when it was time to leave he asked us if we paid for the hotel which was very rude to me because why would any hotel let anyone stay for two nights and not pay for it , Other than that this is a very good hotel great breakfast and close to everything, "

"The hotel was great - front desk and concierge were very helpful and professional, room was as advertised without any issues, and check-in / check-out were painless. Left bags with the concierge for the day and he brought them out to us upon seeing our group return before we could even ask, just excellent service all around."

Staffs were and humble. Although English wasn’t fluent, we communicated none the less.
