"Staff went above and beyond in every way. Restaurant recommendations. They even managed to set up an appt for me to get a haircut on NYE. On NY day they bring me free breakfast to my room simply because they knew most places would be closed. I broke shower glass door while getting ready for dinner. The only complaint I have is the WiFi dropped signal frequently which was frustrating considering I had to complete schoolwork while at the hotel.
