The hotel was very clean and comfortable both in terms of the room (amazing shower), restaurant and roof terrace (great views). "The room we were given has a vent in the sliding glass balcony door that cannot be closed, causing noise to come into the room from restaurants/parties/bars/etc constantly. We asked to be moved to a room without the vent and were assured that this room was the quietest. "I have come to Masaya pool and hang out, but for the first i had the pleasure of staying in of the room fpr 5 days. It was clean, the staff is great and willing to help. "The front desk guy was very unprofessional. I'll just leave it at that. READ THE ROOM DETAILS. Some room types have shared bathrooms and some are shared. Has more of a dorm or hostel feel to place. Noisy on the halls and thin walls between guests. Can hear everything from foot steps to convos to sex from everyone especially when people are in shared spaces like hallway or guest lounges. Only positive is location. "

"This was an amazing hotel! Incredible breakfast buffet with different traditional Colombian options every day. Our waiter Adolfo Muñoz was extremely attentive and pleasant.
