"My stay was excellent besides on the first three days that we arrived. We were given a room on the 3rd floor, where they have the events halls and the noise, music was like it was inside the room. It was imposible to rest on week days until past Midnight and on Saturday until past 2:00 AM. The room is very bad situated!!!"

"I loved this hotel. Everything - it has simple elegance that is very hard to find. My room was great from the bed to the shower to the noice level. The breakfast options were good, and the food on the rooftop was superb. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff merits more that five stars. This will be my hotel in Medellin for future visits."

"The hotel is beautiful and very spacious the rooms. Service is nice. But if you stay in the 11 floor you will hear all the chair noises moving. The beds are really hard. Wake up with back pain. The rest is fine."
