"Horrible experience. We got a room for 1 day, the room's AC did not work, eventually the room got very hot and uncomfortable; we had to sit with the door open because the hallway was cooler than our room. When we let the staff know about the AC, they told us "well, it isnt hot outside", did not switch us rooms or even offer any compensation for the inconvenience. Every time you shower, the drain keeps flooding the entire bathroom, disgusting. Only four parking spots for the entire hotel, first...

"No AC and we couldn't have more than one fan per unit even though we had two rooms. We asked for an extra fan, were told we'd get one but didn't. Was impossible to sleep because of heat and extremely loud noise from the street. Not a pleasant stay at all. The cleaning stafd were very nice though."

"Around 20 mins from the city centre, and another 20 mins from Brasov Trainstation. Was very clean, cosy, and came with aircon/heater. Shower was good, and came with some shampoo and body wash. Albeit quite small. The room also had a TV and fridge. But the room was very affordable and the staff was very friendly. I would stay there again if I was in Brasov."

"Modern, clean comfortable with outstanding staff. The best moment for us was when we arrived we were given a private tour of the hotel by a staff member who was amazing!!! He was brilliant and made us feel at home. He gave so many interesting details about the hotel and what was there before it was built as well as history of the town. "This is an elegant old hotel. The rooms were a little dated, but they were clean. There was no laundry facilities (even though it’s listed). The pool and spa area are fantastic!!
