"I actually arrived a day before I had booked my reservation and Eszter was kind and helpful and got me in a day early! There was a private balcony that overlooks the Black Cathedral that I had all to myself and enjoyed a cup of hot tea complimentary included with the room. "This was the perfect location to be near the Council Square. Everything was a quick walk. The only thing I was worried about was checking in after 7 pm which were closing hours. Luckily a lady near by let us in the locked door and my guest and I looked around for a room key in the main lobby that may have been stashed and luckily found it in a deposit box. Other than that, it was perfect!"

"Arrived at the hotel during a Sunday afternoon rally event. Traffic was heavy and parking was scarce. The receptionist found me a spot to park and get registered. Once the event traffic subsided, the receptionist found me a better parking spot. With parking accomplished, everything else was a dream. Wonderful staff and facilities."

Only negative was that the room was so hot, and there didn't seem to be any way of controlling it. My room looked out on to an inner courtyard so not a lot of natural light coming in. "Very difficult for parking but not only this property sinceはは it's in central. We stayed with kids and mini dog for 9 nights and loved their interior and enough space to feel comfortable.
