"I loved it here, had a lifestyle suite which was brilliant. Everything was really really great, the staff so kind and attentive and the food wasbrilliiant too. "Nice place, cozy, big room and bathroom, free parking on site, but.. the receptionist had some issues! First, she was very upset about the internet speed that she had to work with (not my problem!), then she asked me how I would like to pay (everything was already paid for since the reservation was made!) and top of all was in the morning when she told me she had to wait for 20 minutes because I was late for breakfast (what else beside smoking and drinking coffee did she have to do, anyway?)"

"After a long drive we arrived at the Stop Hotel. The lady at the front desk was a sweetheart. Even before we checked in she let us know that the AC in rooms does not work due to excessive outside heat. She went above and beyond to help and come up with solutions to keep us cool during the stay. Overall stay was great minus the AC issue which is unfortunate but beyond that the hotel personnel was friendly and rooms were decent. "

We got a room for 1 day, the room's AC did not work, eventually the room got very hot and uncomfortable; we had to sit with the door open because the hallway was cooler than our room. When we let the staff know about the AC, they told us "well, it isnt hot outside", did not switch us rooms or even offer any compensation for the inconvenience. Every time you shower, the drain keeps flooding the entire bathroom, disgusting. Only four parking spots for the entire hotel, first...
