"This is a late 15th century building—an old hospital “lately” turned into a hotel. The result is awesome. Well appointed and ample rooms, beautiful artwork all over the property. Attentive staff. "Unfortunately, we didn’t check to see that the pool was available to guests without a reservation. Seems strange that they highlighted photos of the pool but you have to make a reservation and pay a fee to use the pool, for a limited time. The pool and hot tub are within the Spa. Breakfast, the lounge and bar areas are beautiful, warm and friendly. This place is not within walking distance of the town and taxi services are limited.
