"Great VIP experience. Lovely staff. The only thing I would say is that I had an allergic reaction to the scents in the room. The water didn't get as hot as I would like and the A/C didn't get as cold as I would like either. Over all very nice though. If you have allergies to scents I would let them know before arrival. "

"Great location and staff was very nice at checkin. Only two "misses" for us... first, we needed sheets/blanket for the pullout bed but the staff had already left the property for the night and we were not able to get. Also, we had an early departure, which they helped arrange for transportation. We had to leave at 730am and they were going to provide a "surprise" breakfast option at 715am. Unfortunately, nothing was available. Not a huge miss because we were not very hungry at the time....

"The air conditioning stopped working after a couple hours, however it was not a problem since it was relatively cool out. There were multiple hairs that were not ours in the bathroom. Only stayed one night, so we did not ask to move rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location next to metro and bus stops. "

"First of all - the pool looks nicer in photos than in reality and keep in mind that pool is only open during summer season - June 20 through September 20. The staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel entrance is strange - it's unusually looking located in a short dead-end street without an easy way for taxis to turn around after drop-off. The room was good, but USB charging ports would have been nice. AC worked good, but the walls are pretty thin. Hotel lobby is pretty small, but they do offer...

"It’s not a luxury hotel but it’s clean and friendly and feels safe. The rooms are basic but fine for an affordable trip. The staff are absolutely brilliant, they were so helpful, kind and generous. They made us very welcome and really made our trip so much better and easier. I’d definitely stay here again. Also close to the metro and quiet. The other guests were very quiet and we were not disturbed by any noise etc which is unusual in a hotel."
